Nine Realms Slots

All of the big budget films today tend to have some kind of magical thing to them. It will either be superheroes, or something more related to the classic takes on Lord of the Rings. This game is somewhere between the two, being a Game of Thrones looking titled it takes a lot from the Lord of the Rings world. It has some of the best graphics we've ever seen, and combined it with a norse looking art style that is perfect for what they are trying to do. Even if you're not a fan of that kind of thing, this game looks so good it might change your mind.

Theme

The theme of this game is to make you a warrior and fight among the gods of a specific kingdom. They give you different potions, warriors, gods, goddesses, and runic symbols to match. Everything is very dark, and outlines itself to the theme very well. There is a portal, and if that pops up, there are also many bonuses associated with it. It's one of the more inventive uses of that design we have ever seen.

You can't bet on a large number of different lines, 243 in total. The volatility is quite high, making the top award 2,500 times the base bet. There are three separate scatter symbols, and if you get enough of them, you get free games. Seven in total. There are also many different mystical zones you can match, which happened between the different reels. Each real is a different mystical zone, and matching things on different ones trigger something different. You can trigger the free games feature, then have it morph into the warrior, and then there's a portal that pops open. It sounds complicated to say, but in practice, looks and plays perfectly.

Great Looks

One of our favorite things about this game is that it looks like no other. Many games are of a particular genre, and have a similar feel and look to the rest of them. This isn't necessarily bad, and there is something comforting about playing a game you'll know you'll like. They went out on a limb here, however, and we think they should be rewarded for it. It's new and vibrant, and would be perfectly fitting for its own Netflix series.

Our made complaint about this lovely game is that although it has many scatters and jackpots, there is no one grand progressive jackpot along the top with them. That would add a lot to the experience, making you feel like you were building up towards something really amazing that can happen at any moment. It also changes the way that you bet money, making their a strategy to how much you put down. Here, whether you bet or or or a little, it won't matter as much because there's no progressive jackpot.

On mobile devices, this game really shines. The look and feel of the game holds up wonderfully on OLED screens, the lovely Blacks being as dark as you could possibly get them. They clearly spent a lot of time trying to make that work. The effort was entirely worth it, it being one of the best looking games on the market in the dark genre. The fact that they have a dark theme was also well chosen for this title given that fact. Whether you have an Android or an iPhone, it's going to be one of the greatest games on your phone.

It also matches up with the rest of the market when it comes to features, meaning there's nothing they did wrong about it outside of no progressive jackpot, and it can go toe to toe with any of the best games out there.
