Dragon Champions Vs Dragon Kingdom
How many slot games have you played that included dragons? If you have played a few games, there is a reasonable chance you will have encountered these mythical beasts before.
Here, they appear in two games from the Playtech collection. Dragon Champions and Dragon Kingdom are very different from each other. However, each one has some interesting elements that make it worth playing. Which game did we prefer when we tried them both?
Dragon Champions
This one is huge, with six reels giving you a massive 4,096 ways you could win with each spin. The dragon theme is done very well here. The game logo is put to work as the wild, and you will also see a scatter that can trigger some free games.
The more scatters you can find - between three and six of them - the more free games you will win. If you secure six, you'll score 100 free games to enjoy. The game also includes a Dragonfire random feature, where a symbol might catch light and spread that fire in several directions.
Dragon Kingdom
This is a standard five-reel game with 20 lines in action. It looks just as appealing as the above game though, introducing another mythical game with dragons and warriors involved.
The dragon is our wild, replacing all but two other symbols in the game. These are the Split egg icon and the scatter, showing a floating city complete with waterfall. The scatter is the trigger to win 15 free games with a Dynamic Multiplier. Meanwhile, the Split icon must appear on the fifth reel to unlock the Dragon Split Feature.
Our verdict - which game wins?
This is a tough choice. We like the win ways included in the larger Dragon Champions game. With up to 100 free games to win, that is a tempting game to try. However, we are going to pick the Dragon Kingdom as our personal favorite. That's because the Split feature allows you the chance to split some of the symbols into two. This means you could win bigger prizes through finding more symbols than you saw before.
You can play both these games as a demo version. That means there is no need to risk your bankroll on a game you may not enjoy. You can try both and see which one you prefer. Will you agree with our choice?
