Break Da Bank, or Break Da Bank Again – Which One Wins?
If you have played a few slot games before now, you have probably encountered Break Da Bank. You may also know there is now a sequel to this, appropriately called Break Da Bank Again. But which one is best? We know sequels are supposed to be better than the originals, but we also know this doesn't always pan out! How many movies have you seen that go along with this?
Microgaming has created both games, and we now have a chance to compare them. Which one did we like most?
Break Da Bank
This is colorful, to say the least. It is also a three-reel game, but it does pack in five lines, as you will see by the numbers to the right of the reels. The logo for the game is the biggest-paying symbol, and the jackpot for that depends on which line you get three symbols on.
This is also a wild symbol, so it can replace everything else you might encounter on the reels. It also comes with a 2x or 4x multiplier, depending on whether you get one or two appearing.
Break Da Bank Again
If you were expecting bigger and better for the sequel, you won't be disappointed. This one has five reels, three rows, and nine paylines. Okay, so not as many lines as you might have thought, but more than the original. It also has icons including checks, stacks of gold coins, and gems.
You can win up to 375,000 coins playing this game, and the safe icon can trigger 15, 20, or 25 free spins with a 5x multiplier. So, this sequel does offer more than the original.
Our verdict: Which one did we like the most?
Well, it must be the sequel, mustn't it? There is a lot more to look out for in this, although you can certainly still enjoy the original Break Da Bank slot. It does make a great three-reel game to play.
But if we are comparing the two, we think Microgaming has done well to enhance the features given in the second game. It still looks more basic than many of their other titles, but it seems to work well here. So, if you want to try and break into the bank, why not try this version of it? Or at least, one or both of these two?
